What a Tease! Here’s a Quick Rundown of the Highlights of the Recent SDCC
The San Diego Comic Con brought all kinds of awesome — and we are still picking our jaws off the floor.
One of these wonders is the newly-released trailer for DCEU’s “Justice League”. From Chris Terrio who brought us “Batman v. Superman”, the trailer featured a great deal of action and the movie’s primary villain, Steppenwolf.
With the expectations high given the success of its leading superheroine, “Wonder Woman”, DCEU is expected to up the thrills and action with “Justice League”. The film would be released on November 17th 2017
A more senior and experienced franchise also wowed the SDCC attendees. A new trailer for “Thor: Ragnarok” also made waves as it featured various Asgardian forces and a speaking Hulk. “Thor: Ragnarok” hits theaters on November 3rd 2017.
On television, two of the most anticipated and definite fan faves also made their teases.
The first Marvel team-up on the small screen, “The Defenders” upped the anticipation with its trailer that would herald its official, August 18th release. Following the story of an unlikely team of super-powered individuals living in New York, “The Defenders” sets up the mood for action as the team confronts a sly and unpredictable enemy bent on shattering their city.
To be released on October 27th, The Netflix supernatural hit, “Stranger Things 2” amplifies the paranormal mayhem that defined its 80s-backdropped first season. In the second offering we hopefully get to see more of the “Upside Down”, given that chilling season finale.
How about you, what are you most excited about in the teased 2017 pop line-up?
