Saint Seiya Gets CG Treatment With Netflix’s “Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya”

Netflix is breathing new life into the late 80s anime hit, “Saint Seiya”.With a CG treatment and a revitalised storyline, “Saint Seiya” would be brought back to the small screen via the partnership of its original progenitor, Toei Animation.
Following a group of warriors called “Saints”, “Saint Seiya” sees the struggle between these warriors and the divine forces hell-bent on reclaiming the world.
The series would be entitled, “Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya”. It would have 12 episodes running 30 minutes each.
Stemming from a reliable source, the series would be exploring the mythos of the Galaxy War arc to the Silver Saint arc.
A release date is yet to be announced.
