New Action Movie, Ballerina to Connect With John Wick to Create a Deadly, Action Universe

While more solid info is yet to be announced, things for the yet to be produced hyper-stylized action, Ballerina seem to be shaping up quite well.
And why is this exciting you ask? News from the grapevine tell of its connection with that smash, David Leitch hit, John Wick.
The project is being seen as a way for the Lionsgate, (the winner in the bid for the property) to build-off a shared universe with Reeves’ deadly character.
Written by 23-year old newcomer, Shay Hatten, Ballerina would be produced by Basil Iwanyk, also a key player in the John Wick franchise.
Meanwhile, the John Wick TV prequel series, “The Continental” is currently in the works along with a prequel comic that has yet to be released.
